The Mortgage Collaborative was founded in 2013 with the mission of empowering mortgage lenders across the country to gain better financial execution, reduced costs, streamlined processes, personnel development, and exclusive access to a nationwide network of industry leaders to help engage with the ever-changing American consumer base.
We are singularly focused on creating an environment of collaboration and innovation for small to mid-size mortgage lenders across the country to better themselves and the communities they serve.
TMC represents approximately 12.2% of the mortgage volume in the United States and boasts a best in class network of Preferred Partners offering exclusive discounts and solutions to our Members.
The Collaborative is managed by our founding members, John Robbins, CMB, former MBA Chair; David Kittle, CMB, former MBA Chair; and Jim Park, former chair of the Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA), as well as current President & CEO, Jodi Hall.
