Mr. Brody is the Founding and Managing Partner of Brody | Gapp LLP, where he leads the firm’s national mortgage banking litigation, mitigation, and regulatory compliance practice. With nearly 25 years of legal experience — over 20 dedicated exclusively to mortgage banking — he is a trusted advisor to independent mortgage banks, credit unions, and brokers navigating complex disputes and regulatory challenges.
Renowned for his strategic, results-driven approach, Mr. Brody has successfully resolved hundreds of high-stakes cases involving fraud, audits, repurchase claims, employment disputes, and regulatory inquiries tied to major institutions like FNMA, Freddie Mac, Lehman Brothers, and Chase.
